Labor Day Holiday Schedule

Please be advised that the Fund Office will close at 12:30 p.m.(no walks-ins after 11:30 a.m.) on Friday, September 4, 2026, and will remain closed on Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day.

Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.

The Fund Office is open to members during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each weekday, excluding holidays.

Highlights

  • The Health Fund will reimburse you for up to $50 per massage therapy visit, up to 12 visits a calendar year, for each eligible enrolled family member.
  • There is no provider network for massage therapy services.
  • To receive benefits for massage therapy services, return a completed Massage Therapy Claim Form and attach an itemized statement from your licensed massage therapist.
  • The statement must include your therapist’s name, address, license number and tax identification number (TIN).
