Holiday Office Hours Notice

Please note the Fund Office holiday schedule for Christmas week:
*Wednesday, December 31: Closing to members at 11:00 a.m.
*Thursday, January 1, 2026 CLOSED

Regular office hours will resume on Friday, January 2.

The Fund Office is open to members during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each weekday, excluding holidays.

Weekly Disability Income Benefits (Non-work-related disabilities)

  • Maximum weekly payment: $400
  • Maximum benefit period: 26 weeks
  • Benefits start on the first day of a disability due to injury or on the eighth day of a disability due to illness
  • You must be under the continuous care of a physician to receive a benefit

IMPORTANT: For the purpose of benefits coverage eligibility, the Health Fund will credit you with 40 hours per week for every week you receive weekly disability benefits. If you receive workers’ compensation benefits and provide the Fund Office with proof from the insurance carrier, you will be credited with 40 hours per week, up to 52 weeks.
